The homeowners love to cook and entertain and needed a larger space, so their integrated garage was transformed into a beautiful kitchen and dining area. The home, a Tudor style built in 1930, had many beautiful features, but the kitchen needed to be modernized to accommodate this young family. We enclosed the garage, framing a new floor to become level with the existing interior of the home. After running plumbing, electrical and HVAC, we removed 2 load bearing walls and installed LVL beams to open the space. The client chose to stay with a classic and elegant style, continuing the hardwood flooring throughout the new space. Panel-ready appliances help create a seamless look, and the Blue Star range and Stanici hood are the centerpiece of the entire room.

This stunning kitchen renovation was an excellent choice for this busy young family. We removed a wall that separated the kitchen from the door to the garage and opened up the space to give maximum cabinetry, and counter space for all of the cooking and entertaining they could possibly enjoy in their new home!

The custom cabinetry boasts tons of organizational features for spices, utensils, and pots & pans. Not only is this kitchen beautiful, it is the ultimate in functionality!

This master suite addition was a new construction dream come true! Fabulous accent tile on the floor set the style for this modern farmhouse inspired oasis. Shiplap walls and a soaking tub are major features of this luxurious addition!

Where do we start? We’ve lived here for 16 years and waited to do any major updates until this year, 2022. We heard about Hutch & Home in Beaver Falls and saw a lot of the pictures of projects done by Hutch & Home. We decided we wanted to support local businesses and that brought us to a meeting with Alison.
